Spear Industrial and Sherwin Williams teamed together on May 25, 2016 to present the newest industrial paint technology on the market- Heat-Flex Hi-Temp 3500. Spear Industrial proudly became the first paint contract team in Texas to apply Heat-Flex to a tank.
Heat-Flex Hi-Temp 3500 is a water-based acrylic spray that contains an engineered composition of ceramic and silica microspheres to optimize thermal insulative properties. It offers advanced features such as the ability to insulate and be applied to substrates operated from -80°F up to 350°F, as well as the ability to eliminate hidden CUI commonly found with conventional insulation or cladding.
